I am a UK based artist who sells illustrations based on the requests of my clients.
Here is a guide on the process of commissioning me for anyone who might be confused.

Advice
✦ Please prepare references for what you want like the character and pose. If you don't have any references, we can work it out together but it'll make the process easier if you do.
✦ Don't be rude while commissioning as I'm still a person and deserve to be treated as such.
✦ I have to warn that I'm not the best at conversing so please don't mind if I sound dry.
✦ I don't bite, you are allowed to ask as many questions as you want and I would like the commission process to be easygoing for the both of us. c:

General Disclaimers
✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this carrd.
✦ I have the right to refuse or discontinue commissions at any time.
✦ The client can request for updates on the commission process but please do not rush me.

Payments and Refunds
All payments will only be accepted through Kirke and must be 100% upfront. Refunds will only be accepted before I begin drawing or if I miss the deadline.

Intellectual Property
I have full rights and ownership to any artwork I create. My art should never be claimed as the work of another's, used in AI learning, generative AI or the creation of NFTs.Commissioned artworks are for personal use and social media but may not be used for profit unless the client has paid for commercial use. Commercial use must be communicated upon request and will require a fee.

Deadlines and Delivery
The base deadline for all commissions will be 2 months from the day of payment but can be negotiated. My work process will usually only take 1-3 weeks but I do not take rush orders with a deadline of 1 week or less.

Revisions
The client may ask for a maximum of 2 major changes in the sketch phase and no major changes should be requested after. Throughout the entire process, the client may ask for a maximum of 6 minor changes. All revisions are free of charge.
